Spiritual Awakening

My spiritual awakening has been an ongoing blossoming throughout my teenage and adult years. Mustering the courage to admit that my belief system is not that of a particular religious sect or organization, rather one of self reflection, faith, and love for oneself, others, and the world around us- has been difficult, yet fulfilling and has proven to be the foundation of some of my favorite work yet.

Divine Awakening

Divine Awakening

With ancient fables, folktales, and folklore as inspiration and guidance, I marry the concepts between life, learning, and love in my work, and I continually strive to seek inspiration through not only my own meditation and spiritual practices, but through the inspiration of the great spiritualists of a time past.

Primordial Introspection

It is the concept of morals and spiritualism over time that encouraged me to create works based on a sense of intuition- each work of art is made through a rigorous meditative process in which countless resources are tapped into.

The Void Looks Back

Finding reverence in meditation and the world around me is the basis for all of my work. The ritualistic practice of closing one’s eyes and trusting those who work to guide us is fundamental in the way I begin to plan for a piece- learning to trust the keeps me centered, but not overly serious. I find it most important to keep a lightened attitude, and to remember that a serious practice does not have to be unpleasant.
